Do you ship to other islands?
We are currently only delivering on Kauai.
When will I receive my plants?
Deliveries are made Tuesday – Friday and are scheduled depending on our current orders and the area you live in. You can refer to your email/text notifications about your order status. Please allow 5-7 business days for deliveries.
When can I transplant my new plant?
All plants have been carefully hardened off and are ready to be transplanted into their permanent garden home or pot upon delivery.
Why does my plant look different from the picture?
We use recycled pots as often as possible, so your pots will come in different sizes, shapes, and colors. Plants may vary depending on the maturity and size ordered.
Do you have a location or nursery I can visit and shop in person?
All plant sales are completed through online ordering or one of our nursery pop-ups. We are not currently taking visitors.
Do I have to purchase plants to support Rosie's Recycling Program?
You do not need to purchase plants to be a part of Rosie’s Recycling Program. Please reach out to us through the Contact Us form so we can schedule a day to pick up your donations. Please refer to our Recycling Program page for further information. Donations are appreciated.
